# Payment methods

> Add, update, or remove credit cards and payment methods on your Chartcastr account. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

## Overview

Manage the credit cards and payment methods associated with your Chartcastr account.

## How to Update

To update your credit card or change your primary payment method:

1. Go to [Billing](https://chartcastr.com/admin/manage/org/organization-billing).
2. Click on **Payment Methods**.
3. Click **Add Payment Method** to add a new card.
4. To remove a card, click the trash icon next to it (provided you have another valid card on file if on a paid plan).

## Security

We use **Stripe** for secure payment processing. Your full credit card details are never stored on our servers.
