# Pulse thread cross-linking

> Automatically link consecutive pulse deliveries in Slack threads so your team can navigate forward and backward through data history.

## Overview

Pulse Thread Cross-Linking allows you to maintain continuity in your Slack channels by linking consecutive pulse deliveries together.

## How it Works

When enabled, Chartcastr will automatically:

1. Add a link to the **previous** pulse in the current pulse's thread.
2. Add a link to the **next** pulse in the previous pulse's thread once it is delivered.

This creates a navigable history of your data directly within Slack.

## Configuration

You can configure Pulse Thread Cross-Linking in your organization settings.
