# Agency overview

> How agencies use Chartcastr to manage multiple client workspaces from a single account, with one invoice and one team.

Chartcastr Agency is for teams that deliver reporting to **multiple end-clients**. Instead of juggling separate accounts (and separate invoices) per client, you operate a single **parent agency org** that owns **child client workspaces**.

## The model

```
Your Agency  (parent — billing lives here)
├─ Acme Co.       (child workspace)
├─ Globex Corp.   (child workspace)
└─ Initech LLC    (child workspace)
```

* **Billing only flows to the parent.** One invoice covers every client workspace.
* **Children inherit the parent's plan.** Each child gets the full Pro-tier feature set (unlimited sources, unlimited pulses, AI features, Slack Connect, etc.).
* **Up to 10 client workspaces** per agency on the default Agency plan. Larger agencies — [get in touch](/agencies#contact).
* **Workspaces are isolated.** Data, members, and connections don't cross between clients. Switching workspaces is a single click in the sidebar.
* **Explicit access.** Agency admins aren't auto-added to every client workspace — they request access per-workspace, or are invited directly. This keeps the audit trail clean.

## When this is the right fit

* You build dashboards or reports for clients in **Slack, email, or Google Chat**.
* You manage 3+ clients and want **one invoice instead of N**.
* You want each client's **data, AI summaries, and connections** to live in a workspace that's clearly theirs (so you can hand it over later if they bring reporting in-house).
