# Linear charts

> Browse all Linear project management charts in Chartcastr including issue throughput, cycle burndowns, team velocity trends, and status breakdowns.

Chartcastr supports **6 pre-built Linear metrics** across two categories, designed for engineering leaders and project managers.

## Issues

| Metric                            | Chart Type | Description                                                              |

| **Issues by Status**              | Bar        | Current distribution of issues across workflow states                    |

| **Issues by Assignee**            | Bar        | Open issue count per team member (top 10)                                |

  ⭐ **Issues Created vs Completed** is the recommended starting metric — it shows whether the team is keeping pace with incoming work or accumulating a backlog.

## Cycles

| **Current Cycle Burndown** | Line       | Scope vs completed issues for the active cycle    |
| **Cycle Velocity**         | Bar        | Issues completed per cycle over the last 6 cycles |

  If your Linear workspace does not use cycles, cycle metrics will appear disabled in the metric picker. You can enable cycles in Linear under Team Settings → Cycles.

Every Linear chart is delivered with an AI-generated summary specific to the project management metric:
