Overview

Pulse Thread Cross-Linking allows you to maintain continuity in your Slack channels by linking consecutive pulse deliveries together.

How it Works

When enabled, Chartcastr will automatically:
  1. Add a link to the previous pulse in the current pulse’s thread.
  2. Add a link to the next pulse in the previous pulse’s thread once it is delivered.
This creates a navigable history of your data directly within Slack.

Configuration

Organization Setting: This configuration is applied across your entire organization and affects all team members.
You can configure Pulse Thread Cross-Linking in your organization settings.
  1. Go to Admin → Settings.
  2. Find the Pulse Thread Cross-Linking section.
  3. Select your preferred mode (Both Directions, Backward Only, Forward Only, or Disabled).
