Overview
Custom Email allows you to send pulse reports and chart notifications to any email address, not just your logged-in account email. This is perfect for:- Distribution lists (e.g., [email protected])
- Executive stakeholders
- External partners or clients
- Team inboxes
This is different from the standard Email destination, which sends to the primary email address associated with your logged-in account.

- Multiple Recipients: Add multiple email addresses to receive the same pulse
- Distribution Lists: Send to group email addresses
- Custom Formatting: Tailor email content for different audiences
- Scheduling: Set different delivery times for different recipients
How It Will Work
- Add Custom Email Destination: Navigate to Settings → Destinations and add a custom email address.
- Configure Recipients: Specify one or more email addresses to receive notifications.
- Assign to Connections: Link the custom email destination to your connections.
- Automatic Delivery: Pulses will be delivered to all configured recipients.
