Overview

The AI Summary Locale setting determines the language, tone, and formatting (such as date and currency formats) used by the AI when generating your pulse summaries. While the dropdown offers a curated list of common locales, the AI can communicate in most languages. English tends to produce the best results, but the AI will do its best to return summaries and chat responses in whichever language you specify.

Configuration

Organization Setting: This configuration is applied across your entire organization and affects all team members.
You can update the AI Language and regional formats in your organization settings.
  1. Go to Settings → Organisation Settings.
  2. Locate the AI Language option.
  3. Select your desired locale from the supported list (e.g., English (US), English (UK), Spanish, etc.).
  4. Click Save Changes.

Impact

This setting affects:
  • The language of the AI summary text.
  • Numerical formatting (e.g., use of commas vs. periods).
  • Currency symbols if inferred from the data.
