Workspace count

The Agency plan supports unlimited client workspaces. Add as many clients as you need — billing scales per active workspace (see Billing).

Per-workspace limits

Each child workspace (and your parent agency org) gets the Pro-tier limits:

These limits are independent per workspace — heavy usage in one client doesn’t consume another’s allowance.

Pausing workspaces

Don’t want to pay for a workspace this month? Pause it from the agency dashboard. A paused workspace stops billing immediately (variable charge) and its pulses don’t fire. You can unpause anytime; existing data and configuration are preserved. Only agency admins and Chartcastr staff can pause/unpause workspaces.

Member limits

There is no agency-level cap on members. Each workspace’s member count is governed by Clerk org limits (effectively unlimited for paid plans).

Hitting a per-workspace limit

Workspaces enforce limits at the source/connection/pulse level — you’ll see a clear error in the UI when an action would exceed a workspace’s limit. The agency dashboard surfaces aggregate usage so you can spot which workspace is hot.
