Overview

The Schedule Timezone setting determines how all pulse schedule times are interpreted. For example, if you set your schedule to “9 AM daily” and your timezone is set to America/New_York, pulses will fire at 9 AM Eastern Time.

Default

When your organisation is first created, Chartcastr will try its best to discover your preferred timezone automatically. We recommend double-checking that it was detected correctly in your Organisation Settings. If we couldn’t determine it, schedules will default to UTC.

Configuration

Organization Setting: This configuration is applied across your entire organization and affects all connections and team members.
  1. Go to AdminSettingsOrganisation Settings.
  2. Locate the Schedule Timezone section.
  3. Search for and select your desired timezone (e.g., America/New_York, Europe/London).
The change takes effect immediately for all future scheduled pulses.

Impact

This setting affects:
  • When scheduled pulses fire (e.g. “9 AM daily” is interpreted in the selected timezone).
  • All connections across the organisation use the same timezone.
  • Existing schedules are not modified — only the timezone interpretation changes.
